Double Arm Back Drill fixes crossover entry, promotes a shallow "throwing" motion, and promotes flexibility (but limits rotation.)

Back Drill w/Dolphin kick: Promotes speedy turnover. (Fast tempo)

Excellent drill (One arm) if shoulder rotation is consistent and without hesitation. Isolates specific arm motion making coach spotting and correcting easier.)

Six kick switch forces a long, thin body position, gives time for swimmers to set up a good catch, and emphasizes full rotation to the opposite side as the arm pulls through.

Upside down paddle drill: The best drill for getting a feel for an open armpit catch and a shallow "throwing motion" through the pull.
