Unlike other sites, our content is geared to smaller teams of under 200 swimmers and focus on the teaching and training of 12-unders with heavy emphasis on 10-unders.  If you coach swimmers who can't yet do a legal 100 IM, this site is for you.

We want to offer ideas to those critical "developmental" coaches who build a team from the bottom up.  (Head coaches can refer their AG coaches to this site as well.)  Knowledgeable AG coaches ensure a steady supply of foundationally solid future Senior swimmers.
