We will replace any AquaCam unit (with the same product) or refund any defective product (or any damaged in shipping) if returned within 20 days of receipt. There is no reshipping or restocking fee and we will refund our initial shipping fee.
AquaCam products have a one year leakproof warranty and will be replaced at no cost if they leak. (No AquaCam has ever leaked.)
Products damaged by the customer may be repaired at a reasonable cost. Contact us for info.
AquaCams used by the customer within the 20 day grace period must have a manufacture defect or internal electronic issue in order to be replaced. This is to prevent customers from using it for a single, or multiple, events and attempting a full refund after successfully using the product.
