See the explanation of EVENTS, HEADINGS and SUBHEADINGS on the Record Board Order page.  With this option you get a contrasting color for those 4-inch letters.  These are additional letters and not substitutes for the the normal number of letters/numbers you get with each set.  The larger HEADING will be vinyl peel-and-stick letters (installation video link included.)
